Carol Ray Gallaher

Carol Ray Gallaher was born on March 19, 1943 in Black, Missouri to Edward Ray Gallaher and Geneva Lucille (Wright) Gallaher.  He married Jane Reed on April 25, 1964 in Iron Mountain, Missouri.

Ray had owned and operated a service station. He sold the station and went into selling car parts and went onto driving a truck across the Midwest. Among his loves, were his family and Nascar.  He moved to Branson from St. Louis.

Ray accepted Jesus Christ as his savior as a youth.  He was a member of New Life Temple in Hollister.

Ray entered into rest on Friday, September 1 at Cox Medical Center Branson at the age of 74.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Ray is survived by his wife, Jane Gallaher of Branson; his two daughters, Melynnda Brinley and husband Scott of Branson and Tommy Hackathorn and husband Rod of Nixa; brothers, Harold Gallaher and wife Sandy of Farmington, MO and Darrell Gallaher and wife Carol of Jackson, MO; and his grandson Zach Brinley of Branson.

Memorial services will be Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. in New Life Temple, Hollister with Pastor Bruce Haynes officiating.

Memorials may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society or New Life Restoration Center.
