Tony Dillon was born on August 11, 1933, in Spring Hill, Kansas, and entered peacefully into rest on November 8, 2023 at the age of 90.
Tony was a dedicated family man. He leaves behind his children, Mark J Dillon (Dru) of Branson, Shaun Dillon (Connie Cross) of Ridgedale, and Carrie Green (Terry) of Walnut Shade. He was a beloved grandfather to Caitlin Behle (Steven), Meagan Cummins (EJ), and Ethan Green (Chennedy), and a cherished great-grandfather to Paisley Green. He was preceded in death by his faithful wife, Nandes; his parents David and Martha Dillon and siblings, Floyd, Delores, Betty and Marietta.
Tony spent his formative years in Spring Hill, Kansas. He was a United States Army veteran who displayed incredible bravery and dedication to his country serving as a MP. In 1969, he moved to Branson, Missouri, from Olathe, Kansas, with his family and began the enjoyable journey of owning and operating vacation resorts in the Branson area.
Tony was an adventurer and outdoorsman who found joy in recreational vehicle travel and fishing. His love and passion for life will be deeply missed.
Tony’s life will be remembered and celebrated on Saturday, November 11, 2023 beginning with visitation at 2:00 PM in Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home & Crematory, Branson. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 PM in the funeral home with burial in Ozarks Memorial Park Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Tony's honor.
