Thomas Ray Kreutziger, age 86, passed away July 2, 2024 at home in Branson, Missouri.
He was born September 5, 1937 in Amarillo, Texas to Raymond Kreutziger and Flora Wade Kreutziger.
At the age of 18, Ray enlisted in the United States Navy and served until August 1959 when he was released from active service with a good conduct medal. He went on to acquire various skills and trades throughout the years, serving in the Bexar County Police Department, managing a skating rink, and becoming a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. He dedicated over 15 years as a road and theater manager for his dear friend, Moe Bandy, then worked for Holiday Hills Golf Club before officially retiring to enjoy time with family.
Preceding him in death were his beloved wife, Debbie (married May 11, 1975), his parents, and his brothers Dennis, Dean and Duane Kreutziger.
Ray is survived by his children, Gary Kreutziger (Melody), Lisa Dodd (TJ Dodd), Misty Shelton (Russell “Corby” Shelton), Rená Kreutziger, Robert Kreutziger (Carrie), 12 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Per Ray’s wishes, no services will be planned. Cremation is under the direction of Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home & Crematory.
