Celebration of Life services for Robert Gandy, 53 of Branson, will be Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. in Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home & Crematory, Branson.

Robert Glen Gandy was born on January 30, 1971 in Agana, Guam, the beloved son of Rickey & Mary (Besse) Gandy.  He grew up in Kansas and graduated from Baxter Springs, KS high school.  Following high school, his educational pursuits took him to College of the Ozarks where he graduated in 1995.

Robert married his wife Cathaleen (nee Kelley) on June 9, 1997 in Miami, Oklahoma.  They were blessed with three children and a life together full of memories, love and laughter. 

Robert was a fan of the Kansas City Chiefs.  He enjoyed singing, playing video games especially Dungeons and Dragons, and visits to 7 Brew Coffee.  He will be remembered for his optimism, being a steady voice of reason and always seeking the good in people. 

Robert entered into rest on July 27, 2024 at his home in Branson.

He was preceded in death by his father, Rickey Loe Gandy; brother, Rickey Loe Gandy, Jr.; and sisters Elizabeth Gandy and Rebecca Gandy.

He will be deeply missed by his family: wife, Cathaleen Gandy of Branson; sons, Dylan Ray Gandy & wife Crystal of Branson, Robert Nicholas Gandy of Branson and Christopher Jordan Gandy of Branson; mother, Mary Kaiser of Hollister; brother, Christopher Lee Gandy & wife Misty of Hollister; sisters, Kimberly Bowman & husband Ken of Hollister, Traci Hardin of Hollister, and Betty Gandy of Branson along with extended family and friends.
