Karen Ingram Obituary
Karen Lea Ingram was born on August 20, 1959 in Des Moines, IA, one of six children to Lee & Gladys (Burns) Lynch. Karen moved to Branson in 1976. She was an amazing mom devoting much of her life to raising her children. She was always there for her children, when they were little, teaching them, sewing clothes and costumes for them and as adults, supporting them, being there for their children’s births and continuing to share her love and devotion for them.
Karen will be remembered not just for her devotion to her family but also a diligent and dedicated worker. She worked in hotel services many years at the Mt. Music Inn in Branson. She also enjoyed doing landscaping work for different lodging properties in Branson and at her own home. She worked beautifying spaces by planting trees, flowers, and rose bushes and tending to their care. Karen was a woman of eclectic music taste and loved how music could transport you and change your mood. She was a resolute soul, hilarious, strong-willed and will be greatly missed.
Karen entered into rest on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at the age of 65.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lee & Gladys Lynch and three siblings, Lonnie Lynch, Larry Lynch and Marilyn Dudley.
Karen is survived by her husband, Hokey Ingram of Rockaway Beach; her children, Amanda Evans of Hollister, Lara Toon (Nathan) of Cassville, Terry Lee Drake, Jr. of Colorado, Allison Marker of Cassville, Alaina Griffin (Shelby) of Bartlesville, OK and Adriana Test of Springfield; two sisters, Elaine Burkhead of Hollister and Darla Signs of Ridgedale; her adored grandchildren, Triston, Ashlyn, Colton, Xander, Hayden, Neikolai, Seraphina, Annaliese, Hayzel, Paisley, Hannah, Oakley, Gideon, Rikki, Stevie; and her cherished greatgrandchildren, Lakyn, Kaiden, Konnor, Violet and Indie.
