Judith Ann Michel

Judith Ann Michel, 77 of Branson, gained her wings surrounded by family on January 15, 2021 at 8:04 pm at her home in Branson, MO that she and Carl built in 1971. She is now reunited with her husband Carl, the love of her life that she so dearly missed for the past 25 years.

Judy was born August 8, 1943 in Brunswick, MO. She married Carl Michel on May 4, 1963. She retired from Wal-Mart after working there 25 years.

Judy was a good mamma that took us to the creeks when we were young, cooked some great food and spoiled us.  She was loving and kind.  She also did one of the greatest things a parent can do for their kids and grandkids – she taught us about God and Jesus.  Before she became ill, she read and studied her Bible daily. 

Judy was preceded in death by her parents Raymond and Roby Neblock Meyer; brother Robert; sister Betty and brother-in-law VA Wooden; brother-in-law Leo Willhite; her husband Carl “Buddy” Nelson Michel; and her niece’s husband, Richard Duncan.

She is survived by her son Jeffrey Ray Michel and daughter-in-law Heather; daughter Carla Ann Michel; daughter Teresa Lynn Hart and son-in-law Elvis; grandchildren Candace (Jason) McEndree, Kassandra (Logan) Mann; Carlye, Josie and Addie Michel; great - grandchildren Austyn, Skylar, and Emmalee McEndree; sister-in-law Barbara Willhite; nieces Karrol Duncan, Dee Torrez, and Sherrie Brownfield; nephews Kevin Wooden and Johnnie Lyons; and many great nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Judy’s life will be held at The Michel Homestead located at 262 Collins Rd, Branson, MO on Saturday January 23, 2021 with Pastor Joel Krueger officiating. Visitation will be at 11:00 with her celebration of life following at noon and burial in Mtn. Grove Cemetery, Branson.
