Jim Franke Obituary

James P. Franke, 72, of Branson passed away April 20, 2021 at his sister’s home after a long battle with cancer.

Jim was born June 20, 1948 in Akron, Ohio. He moved to Branson from Houston, Texas where he had worked in utility communications. After moving to Branson, Jim owned and operated a limousine service. He enjoyed Branson and especially fishing the lakes.

He is survived by a sister Susan Simms and brother-in-law Jerry Simms.

Jim was preceded in death by parents, Mattie & Alfred Franke.

His burial will take place at a later date in Sparta, Tennessee. Arrangements were under the direction of Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home and Crematory, Branson.
