Ernest Beeler Obituary

Ernest Beeler, beloved father, grandfather and great-grandfather, entered into rest on June 11, 2022, just four months and 19 days after the death of his precious wife Oleta on January 23, 2022.

Ernest was a life-long resident of Taney County.  He was born in Kissee Mills on October 22, 1929 to George & Molly (Coy) Beeler.  He graduated from Forsyth High School.  Ernest served in the United States Army and was a member of the VFW. 

Ernest married his sweetheart, Oleta (Collins) Beeler on August 19, 1951 in Harrison, Arkansas and they were later blessed with two sons.  He was a hard-working man and loved his job as the construction supervisor of the local telephone company.  He enjoyed the outdoors, whether it be hunting, fishing or riding horses.  He also raced stock cars in Kirbyville and Flippin, AR.

Ernest had been preceded in death by his siblings, Hershel, Paul, Joe Dick, John, Henrietta, Pauline, Bessie, and Phoebe.

He is survived by his sons, Terry Beeler and wife Janine of The Villages, FL and Roger Beeler and wife Kristi of Mead, OK along with his five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, June 15, 2022 in Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home & Crematory, Branson.  Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM and the funeral service at 11:00 AM.  Burial will be in Ozarks Memorial Park Cemetery, Branson with military honors.
