Memorial service for Deborah L. Gray, 64, Hollister will be held at a later date at Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home and Crematory, Branson. Burial will be in the Ozarks Memorial Park Cemetery, Branson. Deborah entered into rest on Mar. 15, 2021 at Cox South in Springfield, Mo.
Deborah Lynn Gray was born January 26, 1957 at St. Joseph, Missouri. She was the daughter of Thomas and Wanda Lee (Wyatt) Hodge. Deborah graduated from Southpage Community High School, College Springs, Iowa in 1975. She married Robert Gray on Dec. 3, 1977 at Shenandoah, Iowa. Deborah attended cosmetology school. She owned and operated her own beauty shop. Deborah went back to school and obtained her instructors license for cosmetology.
Deborah was a member of the Branson United Methodist Church, Branson. She enjoyed the birds in her yard, flowers, cooking, doing yard work and her family.
She was preceded in death by her father and husband.
Deborah is survived by her children Darin Gray (Nicole) of Hollister, Jordan Gray (Glenlinda Rosemary) of Aurora, Mo. Bethany Brazeal of Kimberling City, Mo.; mother Wanda Hodge of Hollister, brothers Rick Hodge of Hollister, Randy Hodge of Walnut Shade, sister Linda Hodge (Doug Ward) of St. Joseph, Mo., and eight grandchildren.
Viewing will be held Thursday, March 18, from 2-4:30 PM at the Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home and Crematory, Branson. In Deborah’s memory memorials may be sent to Cox Health Care Foundation, 3525 S. National #204, Springfield, Mo. 65807, in memo designate- MICU 5th floor or 8th floor.
