Celebration of life services for Cynthia “Cindi” Lynn Houseman, of Branson will be held Thursday, August 20th at 7pm at Mt Branson Church Of God. Visitation will begin at 6pm followed by the funeral service at 7pm, with service led by Rev. Shetha Coffelt. Cindi lost her battle with diabetes on August 14th, 2020 at the age of 59.
Cindi was born August 12th, 1961 in Peoria, Il. She was the daughter of Billy and Jennielynn “Wiley” Houseman. Cindi moved to the Branson area when she was a teenager and completed her education at Branson High School.
She enjoyed time spent with her family, looked forward to every moment with her grandchildren and always had a warm smile for everyone. She was always an outgoing person and accepted people for who they are, finding the good in everyone. Lover of all music, her favorite artists included; Tanya Tucker, Reba, Vince Gill, Martina McBride, Johnny Cash, Willy Nelson, Sam Smith and Lori Morgan. Cindi loved Spring time with everything blooming, colorful and being able to plant all of her garden. During the summer spending her time with her daughters and grandkids going to the park, lake or pool. The best memories were made when her sister would bring her nieces and nephews down for family vacations. Meeting her new brother, sister-in-law, their family and reuniting with old friends. Cindi also liked cooking, baking, all crafts, garage sales, flea markets, sewing, and puzzle books.
Cindi is survived by her daughters, Tobi Vanderwood(35) and her children MacKenzie(19), Casey(12) and Dylan(10). Daughter Tori Baker(32) and her children Jayden(10), Gracie(7), Atlas(9months) and step-daughter Kareligh(5). Her adopted mother Geneva Stice(90). Six siblings, Jerry Houseman(69), Tim Houseman(58), Kathy Turner(56), Billie Pointer(54), Jenn Houseman(51), Richard Houseman(46). Many nieces, nephews and very close friends.
