Bruce Norman Johnson

Funeral service for Bruce N. Johnson, 76, of Branson will be held Monday, November 19, 2018 at 1:00 PM at the Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home and Crematory, Branson. Pastor Gary McSpadden will officiate.  Burial will follow in the Ozarks Memorial Park Cemetery, Branson.  Mr. Johnson passed away Saturday, November 10, 2018 at the Cox Medical Center, Branson.

Bruce Norman Johnson was born August 9, 1942 in Clarinda, Iowa.  He was the son of Norman M. and Betty (Avery) Johnson. On May 8, 1993, Bruce married Donna Adams in St. Peters, MO.  They resided in Branson where Bruce loved to fish and play golf.  He took his fishing love to help others as a fishing guide.  Bruce was a witness for God as a fisher of men. He also faithfully served the Lord as a pastor and evangelist. He was a member of Faith and Wisdom Church in Branson. 

He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant brother.

Bruce is survived by his loving wife Donna Johnson of the home, his sister-in-law Paula Adams of Troy, MO; niece and nephew Kara and Vernon Virgin, his cousin, Ron Avery of St. Peters and many others.

Visitation will be Monday, Nov. 19 from 12 noon till service time at 1:00 PM at Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home and Crematory Branson. Memorials may be sent to the Faith and Wisdom Church, 3950 Green Mountain Dr., Branson, Mo. 65616, in memory of Bruce Johnson.
