Wanda Marie Smith

Wanda Marie Smith was born on April 8, 1949 in Algona, Iowa.  She was the daughter of Roger Hunsley and Arrahwanna (Scott) Hunsley.  She graduated from Hannibal High School and attended Gem City Business College in Quincy, IL.  She returned to Hannibal and was married and raised her family there.  She was a wonderful wife and mother.  She was a member of 1st Church of the Nazarene in Hannibal.  Wanda moved to Forsyth from Hannibal.  She loved reading, history and working puzzles.

Wanda entered into rest on Saturday, November 3 at her home in Forsyth at the age of 69.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Walter Smith and one brother, Dennis Hunsley.

Wanda is survived by her children, Jason Smith of Taneyville, Denise Smith of Forsyth and Jennifer Smith of Forsyth; her brother, Richard Hunsley of Stockton, MO; sisters, Darlene Meyer of Jefferson City, MO and Merna Gill of Charlotte, NC along with two grandchildren.

Burial will be at a later date in Hannibal.  Cremation was under the direction of Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home and Crematory in Branson.
