Verl Ray Roush, Jr. was born on December 24, 1953 in Chicago, IL. He was the son of Verl Ray Roush and Viola Elizabeth (Clark) Roush. He grew up in Illinois and attended Northwestern Business School in Justus, IL. He worked in retail sales.

Verl was a huge Green Bay Packers fan and he also enjoyed playing fantasy football. Verl was a member of Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church in Kimberling City.

He entered into rest on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at the age of 64 at his home in Forsyth.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Verl is survived by his two brothers, Ronald W. Hessa of Dallas, TX and Bob Roush of Forsyth.

Cremation arrangements were under the direction of Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home and Crematory, Branson.
