Robert Jarrett "R.J." Reynolds

Services for Robert Jarrett Reynolds will be Tuesday, February 27 starting at 9:00 A.M. with visitation and the funeral to follow at 10:00 A.M. in Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home and Crematory, Branson.  Burial will follow in the Veteran’s Field in Ozarks Memorial Park Cemetery, Branson.

Robert was born October 27, 1929 in Senath, Missouri.  He was the son of Robert & Ollie Reynolds.  Robert served in the United States Army.  He married Lela Robison on October 29, 1949 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri and they were blessed with five children.  Robert and Lela lived in the St. Charles, Missouri area and Robert worked on the Mercury Space Project at McDonnell Douglas Aircraft.  They moved to the Tri-Lakes area in 1970.  Robert attended the Church of Christ Church in Branson and later Sparta.

He entered into rest on Saturday, February 24 at the age of 88 at the Heart of the Ozarks Health Care Center in Ava.

Robert is survived by his son, Steve (Lorri) Reynolds of Columbia, MO; daughters, Debbie (Karl) Henderson of Springfield, Pam (Klein) Calvert of Nolensville, TN and Paula (Bill) Rowe of Ava; his sister, Imogen Gard of Ozark along with six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
