Graveside services for Mary Knapp of Branson will be Friday, January 3, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. in Ozarks Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home and Crematory, Branson.
Mary Anna Knapp was born to Ben Russell and Lydia (Childers) Russell on May 23, 1935 in Ironton, Missouri. She got great enjoyment out of life, traveling with her husband in their camper visiting different places. She was a talented artist and created oil and water paint scenes. Mary also like to give back to the community and she was a longtime volunteer as a Pink Lady with Skaggs Hospital.
Mary entered into rest on Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at the age of 84.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Virgil Knapp; two sons, Dan Knapp and David Knapp; and one grandson, Joshua Knapp.
Mary is survived by her son, James Knapp of Edmond, OK; brother, Walter Russell and wife Karen of Hollister; three grandchildren and her sweet dog, Mo.
