Larry Wayne Burchell

Larry Wayne Burchell was born Jan. 23, 1948 in Ava, Missouri.  He was the son of Etcyl “Cokie” and Amy (LaMere) Burchell.  He married Carolyn Sue on August 29, 1983.  They had celebrated thirty-four years together. 

Larry and Carolyn had moved to the Kirbyville area fourteen years ago from Theodosia, Mo.  Larry worked as quarry foreman for Table Rock Asphalt Company before retiring in 2012.

Larry entered into rest on Sept. 29, 2017 in Kirbyville, Missouri at the age of 69.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Eddie Burchell.

Larry is survived by his loving wife Carolyn Sue Burchell of the home; Cheryl Zartman of Charleston SC.; Kimberly Kuttel of Capetown, South Africa; Lori Haltom of Ridgedale, Mo.; Nathan Haltom of Thornfield Mo.; brothers, Danny, Richard, David and Paul Burchell; sisters, Beth Brooks and Paula Flucher; nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins and a host of friends.

Memorials may be made in Larry’s honor to the donor’s charity of choice.
