Jack Eugene Chambers was born January 29, 1955 in Kansas City, Missouri.  He was the son of Clarence “Bill” Chambers and Ruby (Shockley) Chambers.  On June 7, 1972 he married Carrlotta Tate in Forsyth, Missouri.
