Graveside services for Helen Greene will be Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. in Holland Cemetery, Rogersville under the direction of Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home and Crematory, Branson.
Helen Mary Greene was born on March 13, 1940 in Forsyth, Missouri. She grew up in Forsyth and attended school there. She later moved to Springfield where she worked as a dispatcher for the Greene County Sheriff’s Department. She married Richard Lynn Greene in 1983 in Springfield. Helen enjoyed traveling and also enjoyed going to casinos. She loved the outdoors and like to fish and camp. She was a member of Dale Street Baptist Church.
Helen entered into rest on Sunday, May 19, 2019 at Riverview Manor in Ozark at the age of 79.
She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Greene and two sons, James D. Gloyd and Ken C. Gloyd.
She is survived by her son, Darren Gloyd of Sparta, MO and her half-sister, Grace Asbell.
