Dorsey W. Blevins

Dorsey W. Blevins of Branson, Missouri has passed away in his home after a long illness at the age of 80.

Born and raised in Seymour, Missouri. He joined the United States Army and served his county from '56-'58.  Dorsey returned home and worked for Ford Motor Company in Kansas City, Missouri. Upon retiring from the Ford Motor Company he moved to Branson, Missouri where he spent the rest of his life.

He was preceded in death by his parents and three daughters; Paulette, Robin, and Diana.

Dorsey leaves his loving wife of 59 years, Julia (Trivitt) Blevins; his son Dennis L. Blevins; three grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

A graveside service with full military rites will be held Tuesday, Sept. 11, at 1:00 PM in Ozarks Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Eric Derks officiating.
