Bruce Ray Chaney

Bruce Ray Chaney was born on October 7, 1958 in Springfield, MO to Carl Lee Chaney & Shirley JoAnn (McCormick) Chaney.  He grew up in Branson and graduated from Branson High School.  He had worked for Stoddard Equipment and Bob’s Refrigeration.  In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting and fishing.  Bruce attended the West Atlantic Baptist Church in Springfield.

He entered into rest on June 2, 2018 in Springfield at the age of 59.

He was preceded in death by his mother, JoAnn Chaney; wife, Denise Chaney and sister, Lola Ann Chaney.

Bruce is survived by his daughter, Nezzie Chaney of Springfield; father, Carl Chaney of Aurora, MO; brother, Darrell Chaney of Aurora and sister, Susan Chaney of Aurora.

Memorial services will be Thursday, June 21, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. in Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home and Crematory, Branson.  Burial will be Friday, June 22, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at Eastlawn Cemetery in Springfield.
