Anthony Gray Obituary

Anthony Michael Gray of Hollister, Missouri was called home much too soon on September 2, 2019. A beloved son, brother, uncle, nephew and friend, he was well known for his infectious grin. While he was a quite contemplator, those who knew him were blessed to know his incredibly sly sense of humor and the most generous of hearts. Anthony had a kind old soul and was an adept pupil and a quick study at working with his hands as a HVAC tech with Allied Air. He attended Church at Gateway in Branson, serving others in the Jesus Was Homeless Ministries. A life time resident of the area, he was a third generation graduate of Hollister High School and was extremely proud of his time as a first baseman for the Tigers.

Anthony is survived by his mother and father Sharon and Garry Gray of Hollister, his sister Cheryl Sparks and her son Grayson also of Hollister, Grandmothers Donna Stacy of Cape Fair and Joyce Johnston of Hollister. He was loved by his fiancé Jennifer Townsend of Hollister and his aunts Tammy Caldwell of Cape Fair and Colleen Davis of Canton, Illinois, his uncles Darrell Sparks of Ponce and Brant and Ralph Gray both of Hollister as well as numerous cousins and friends.

Services will be held at Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home and Crematory on E76 with visitation Saturday September 7th at 1:00 pm and memorial at 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made in Anthony’s name to the Jesus Was Homeless Ministries, 310 Gretna Road in Branson.

We love you Anthony Michael and you will be forever missed.
